• Please confirm the availability of delivery partner at your location by Whatsapp on +91 8850 - 683 - 788 before making the payment
  • Just choose your meal, read tiffin service delivery terms & conditions, give delivery details and payout. Your meals shall be delivered at your address
  • If for some reason you want to stop the tiffin service, you can, but you will be charged 10% service charge on the amount of tiffin left.
  • The refund will be credited in your account within 5 to 7 working days.
  • For lunch booking you must book by 5 pm the previous day, if booked after that it will be transferred to day after tomorrow
  • If lunch is to be cancelled, it should be informed by 5 pm on the previous day. Otherwise, the subsequent request will not be accepted and the tiffin will be shared with the deprived needy on your behalf and the amount will not be refunded. And if possible screenshot of donating tiffin will also be shared with you to confirm the whole thing
  • 5 Meal & 6 Meal Pack needs to be completed in 10 days & 20 Meal & 24 Meal Pack needs to be completed in 30 days
  • Any discrepancies or complaints related to tiffin delivery will not be entertained by Eager to Eat. Delivery service is a personal contract between the delivery partner / concierge services and you.
  • Please note that Eager to Eat shall only be able to provide information of the dispatch of your tiffin for the given day. Any further information will have to be co-ordinate with delivery partner only
  • If the food is cooked and due to some circumstances beyond our control like heavy rains or riots, the tiffin will be shared with the underprivileged people and the amount will be non-refundable
  • Lunch will be delivered anytime between 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • If you are not available at home all day of delivery at such a time, please hang a bag on your door so that our delivery partner can safely place your meal in it.
  • In case of any non-payment or default, Eager to Eat reserves the right of cancelling / holding the tiffin
  • There will be no lunch delivery on Sundays, Public holidays, heavy rains, riots, in case of natural disasters or strike by delivery partner. it may not be possible to deliver the tiffin meals. However, we will try to inform you in advance, if possible. Tiffin shall be carry forwarded to the next working date with prior intimation
  • All the grievances / suggestions / recommendations should be mailed at info.eagertoeat@gmail.com
  • Necessary arrangements for delivery have to be made by the customer at the delivery point. In most cases, the delivery partner are not allowed to enter the building premises

All payments are taken in advance prior to the start of deliveries.

Eager to Eat only serves lunch.
